76. Attorney –general for  india – (1) the president shall appoint a person who is qualified to appointed a judge of the suprme court to be attorney –gen-eral for india .

(2) it shall be the duty of the attorney –general to give advice to the government of india upon such legal matters and to perform such other duties of a legal character as may from time to time be referred or assigned to him by the president and to discharge the functions conferredon him by or under this constitution or any other law for the time being in force .

(3) in the performance of his dutiesa the attorney –general shall have right of audience in all courts in the territory of india .

(40) the attorney –general shall hold office during the pleasure of the president and shall remuneration as the president may determine  conduct of government easiness                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

77.Condect of business of the government  of indsia. –(1) all executive action of the government of india  shall be expressed to be taken in the name of the president                      

(2) orders and other instruments made and executd in the name of the presi –dent shall be authenticated in such manner as may be apecified in rules to be made  by the president and the validity of an  order or instrument which is so authenticayed made or  not be called in question on the ground that it is not an order or instrument  made  or executed by the president  

(3) the president shall make rules for the more convenient transaction of the business of the government of india and for the allocation  among ministers of the said business

78. duties of prime  minister as respects the furnishing of informationto the president etc .- it shall be the duty of the prime minister -

(a) to communicate  to the president all decisions of the council of ministers relating  to the administration of the affairs of the

Union  and proposals for lehislation

(b) to furnish such information relating to the administration of the affairsof the union and proposals for legislation as the president may call for and

(c) if the president any matter on which a decision has been taken  by a miniater but if the president so requires to submit for the consideration of the council  which has  not been considered by the council.

भारत के लिए अटार्नी-जेनरल

76. भारत के लिए अटॉर्नी-जेनरल - (1) राष्ट्रपति ऐसे व्यक्ति को नियुक्त करेगा जो भारत के लिए अटार्नी -जन-इरल होने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश नियुक्त होने के योग्य हो।

(२) इस तरह के कानूनी मामलों पर भारत सरकार को सलाह देना और कानूनी चरित्र के अन्य कर्तव्यों का पालन करना जैसा कि समय-समय पर राष्ट्रपति द्वारा उसे सौंपा या सौंपा जा सकता है, के लिए अटार्नी-जनरल का कर्तव्य होगा। और इस संविधान या किसी अन्य कानून के तहत उसे लागू होने वाले समय के लिए दिए गए कार्यों का निर्वहन करना।

(3) अपने कर्तव्यों के प्रदर्शन में अटॉर्नी-जनरल भारत के क्षेत्र में सभी अदालतों में दर्शकों का अधिकार होगा।

(४०) अधिवक्ता-अध्यक्ष और अध्यक्ष की खुशी के दौरान पद धारण करेगा

77. सरकार के व्यापार का विस्तार। - (1) भारत सरकार की सभी कार्यकारी कार्रवाई राष्ट्रपति के नाम पर लेने के लिए व्यक्त की जाएगी

(2) अध्यक्ष और अध्यक्ष के नाम पर बनाए गए और निष्पादित किए जाने वाले आदेश और अन्य उपकरण इस तरह से प्रमाणित किए जाएंगे जैसे कि राष्ट्रपति द्वारा बनाए जाने वाले नियमों में माफी दी जा सकती है और एक आदेश या उपकरण की वैधता जो इतनी प्रामाणिक रूप से बनाई गई है या इस आधार पर प्रश्न में नहीं बुलाया जाएगा कि यह राष्ट्रपति द्वारा बनाया या निष्पादित किया गया आदेश या साधन नहीं है

(३) राष्ट्रपति भारत सरकार के व्यापार के अधिक सुविधाजनक लेनदेन के लिए और उक्त व्यवसाय के मंत्रियों के बीच आवंटन के लिए नियम बनाएंगे

78. प्रधान मंत्री का कर्तव्य जैसा कि राष्ट्रपति आदि को सूचना देने का सम्मान करता है। - यह प्रधानमंत्री का कर्तव्य होगा -

(ए) के मामलों के प्रशासन से संबंधित मंत्रियों की परिषद के सभी निर्णयों के अध्यक्ष को संवाद करने के लिए

संघ और कानून के प्रस्ताव

(ख) संघ के प्रशासन से संबंधित ऐसी जानकारी प्रस्तुत करने के लिए और राष्ट्रपति के लिए कानून के प्रस्तावों के रूप में बुला सकते हैं और

(ग) यदि अध्यक्ष के पास कोई मामला है, जिस पर एक लघु निर्णय लिया गया है, लेकिन यदि राष्ट्रपति को उस परिषद के विचार के लिए प्रस्तुत करना है, जिसे परिषद द्वारा नहीं माना गया है।
