Chapter II.-parliament 

                                              General                

79 . constitution of parliament .- there shall be a parliament for the union which shall consist of the president and rwo houses to be known respectively as the  council of states  and the house of the people. 

80. comustitution  of parliament .- there shall be a parliament for the union which shall consist of the president and  two houses to be known resptively as the council of  states and the  people

if as result of the investion a resolution  is passed by a majority of not less than two –thifds  of the toal membership of the house by which the charge was investigated or cause to be investigated declaring that the charge preferred against the president has beensustained such resolution shall have the resolution is so passed  

time of holding election to fill vacancy in the office of president and the term of office of person elected to fill casual vacancy -1 an election to fill a vacancy caused by the expiration of the term of office of president shall be com-pleted before the expiration of the term .

the vice –president of india – there shall be avice –president of india the vice –president to be ex officio chairman of the council of ststes .- the vice –president shall be ex officio chairman of the council of ststes and shall not hold any other office of profit provided the during any period when the vice –president acts as president or discharges the functions of the president under article 65 he shall notr perform the duties of thr office of chairman of the council of states and shall not be entitled to any salary or allowance payabkle to the chairman of the council of states under article 

the vice-president to act as president or to discharge his functions during casual casual vacancics in the office or during the absecnce or president-in the event of the occurrence of any vacancy in the office of the president by reason of his death resignation or removal or otherident elected in accordance with the provisions of this  chapter to fill such vacancy enters upon his functions until the date on which the anew president elected upon his office 

for the purposes of this article a person shall not be deemed to hold any office of profit by reason only that he is the president or vice –president of the union or the governor of any state or is miniter either for the union or for any state.  

Term of office of vice –president –the vice –president shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office provided that - 

a vice –president may by writing under his hand addressed to the president resign his office

। ९। संसद का गठन ।- संघ के लिए एक संसद होगी जिसमें राष्ट्रपति और rwo सदनों को क्रमशः राज्यों की परिषद और लोगों के घर के रूप में जाना जाएगा।

80. संसद की वापसी

पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा और सुधार और तर्कसंगत दोष।

यदि निवेश के परिणाम के रूप में एक प्रस्ताव घर के दो-तिहाई से कम नहीं के बहुमत से पारित किया जाता है, जिसके द्वारा आरोप की जांच की गई थी या यह जांच करने के लिए कारण घोषित किया जाना चाहिए कि राष्ट्रपति के खिलाफ पसंदीदा आरोप को इस तरह के संकल्प के कारण रोक दिया गया है इस प्रस्ताव को पारित किया जाना चाहिए

राष्ट्रपति के कार्यालय में रिक्ति को भरने के लिए चुनाव आयोजित करने का समय और आकस्मिक पद को भरने के लिए चुने गए व्यक्ति के पद की अवधि -1 राष्ट्रपति पद के कार्यकाल की समाप्ति के कारण होने वाले रिक्ति को भरने के लिए एक चुनाव से पहले com-pleted किया जाएगा अवधि की समाप्ति।

अध्यक्ष पद पर वैकेंसी भरने के लिए अध्यक्ष पद पर उनकी मृत्यु के कारण इस्तीफा या इस्तीफा देने या हटाने या अन्यथा आह्वान जल्द से जल्द आयोजित किया जाना चाहिए और किसी भी मामले में विषय से छह महीने की तुलना में बाद में जिन प्रावधानों के लिए प्रवेश करता है अपने कार्यालय में

भारत का उप-प्रतिनिधि - भारत का भूतपूर्व-प्रतिनिधि होगा- उप-राष्ट्रपति का पद के परिषद के पदेन अध्यक्ष होना। किसी भी अवधि के दौरान प्रदान किए गए लाभ के अन्य कार्यालय, जब उप-राष्ट्रपति राष्ट्रपति के रूप में कार्य करता है या अनुच्छेद 65 के तहत राष्ट्रपति के कार्यों का निर्वहन करता है, तो वह राज्यों के परिषद के अध्यक्ष के कार्यालय के कर्तव्यों का पालन नहीं करेगा और किसी के लिए हकदार नहीं होगा। लेख के तहत राज्यों की परिषद के अध्यक्ष को वेतन या भत्ता

उप-राष्ट्रपति राष्ट्रपति के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए या कार्यालय में आकस्मिक आकस्मिक अवकाश के दौरान या राष्ट्रपति के कार्यालय में किसी भी रिक्ति की घटना की स्थिति में या उनकी मृत्यु के कारण इस्तीफा देने या हटाने के कारण, राष्ट्रपति के कार्य के दौरान अपने कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए या इस पद को भरने के लिए इस अध्याय के प्रावधानों के अनुसार चुने गए अन्य व्यक्ति अपने कार्यों में उस तारीख तक प्रवेश करते हैं जिस दिन नए अध्यक्ष अपने कार्यालय में चुने जाते हैं।

इस लेख के प्रयोजनों के लिए किसी व्यक्ति को केवल इस कारण से लाभ का कोई कार्यालय रखने के लिए नहीं समझा जाएगा कि वह संघ का अध्यक्ष या उपाध्यक्ष है या किसी राज्य का राज्यपाल या संघ या किसी राज्य के लिए या तो मंत्री है ।

उपाध्यक्ष के पद की अवधि - उपाध्यक्ष उस तिथि से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए पद धारण करेगा जिस दिन वह अपने कार्यालय में प्रवेश करेगा, बशर्ते कि -

उपराष्ट्रपति अपने हाथ से लिखकर राष्ट्रपति को संबोधित अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे सकता है
