आरक्षण क्या है इसको समझिये

आरक्षण में आपको चावल, गेहूँ, नमक मिल गया और चपरासी, मास्टर, पटवारी आदि में नौकरी लग जाये तो इसे आरक्षण न समझें।

     आरक्षण किसे कहते हैं इसे कुछ उदाहरणों से समझते हैं:

1. जब अपने स्कूल की क्रिकेट टीम में भी चयनित न होने वाले जय साह को सीधे BCCI के सचिव बनाते हैं,  तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

2. जब बिना किसी परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के सीधा हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपनी पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि एवं रिश्तेदारी के कारण जज नियुक्त होते हैं,  उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

3. जब तमाम स्कूल और कॉलेज खोलने वाले मैनेजर अपने रिस्तेदारों, बहू-बेटों को, बिना किसी योग्यता और पात्रता के  आधार पर और सरकारी अनुदान पर नियुक्त करा लेते हैं, तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

4. जब तमाम अकेडमिक परिक्षाएं पास करने तथा पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद भी सिर्फ जाति के आधार पर अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाता है अर्थात "नाट फाउंड सूटेबल"( कोई पद के योग्य नहीं मिला)। ताकि आगे उन पदों पर अपने वर्ग के हितों के अनरूप नियुक्ति की जा सके  तो उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

5. जब केन्द्रीय मंत्री के पुत्र को बिना किसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के राज्य सरकार बड़े पद पर नियुक्त कर देती है   तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

6.  जब पहली बार सांसद अथवा विधायक बनने पर कैबिनेट मंत्रालय में अहम मंत्रालय सौंपा जाता है तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

7. जब बिना IAS की परीक्षा पास किए किसी वर्ग-विशेष के  लोगों को सीधे  सचिव और संयुक्त-सचिव बना दिया जाता है  तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

8. जब लोकडाउन में भी मुख्यमंत्री, पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री या अन्य राजनेताओं के चहेते मंदिरों में जाते हैं या विवाह-पार्टी अटैंड करते हैं जबकि दूसरी तरफ मरीजों व मजदूरों को सड़क पर मुर्गा बनाकर पीटा जाता है  तो इस विशेषाधिकार को कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

9. आज तक तीर-कमान भी न बनाने का अनुभव रखने वाली "दिवालिया कम्पनी" को सीधे राफेल लड़ाकू विमान बनाने का ठेका दे दिया जाता है  तो  उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

10. जब एक ही तरह् के मुकदमे में यादव को जेल और मिश्रा को बेल (रिहाई) मिल जाती है  तो यहाँ दिखाई देता है वर्ग और जाति विशेष का आरक्षण तो उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

11. जब हजारों-करोड़ों रूपयों का  कर्जा माफ और दस-बीस हज़ार रूपये के लिये कुर्की की जाती है  तो उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

12. प्राईमरी स्कूल खोलने लायक भी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर न होने के बावज़ूद " कागज़ी जियो यूनिवर्सिटी" को 10,000 करोड़ रूपये मिलते हैं वो भी "सेंटर आफ एक्सीलेंस" बनाने के लिये  तो इसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

13. जब राष्ट्रपति के अंगरक्षकों की भर्ती चुनिन्दा जातियों से की जाती है  तो उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

14. जब मंदिरों में जाति-विशेष के लोग सदियों से कब्जा किये बैठे हों तो उसे कहते हैं आरक्षण।

 

जिसको भारत में आरक्षण नजर आता है, वो सिर्फ प्रतिनिधित्व है। जो सभी यूरोपीय, अमेरिकी, अफ्रीकी और जापान आदि देशों में भी अपनाया गया है।

    " प्रतिनिधित्व " लोकतंत्र का प्राण होता है, जिसे "भारतीय संविधान " ने अपने प्रत्येक नागरिक को प्रदान किया है।

When people of a particular category are directly made secretary and joint-secretary without passing the IAS examination, it is called reservation. 8. Even in Lokdown, when the chief minister, former prime minister or other politicians' favorite go to the temples or attend a wedding party, while on the other hand, patients and laborers are beaten up on the street by cock, this privilege is called reservation. 9. Till date, a "bankrupt company" with no experience of making arrow and arrow command is directly given the contract to manufacture Rafale fighter aircraft, then it is called reservation. 10. When Yadav gets a jail and Mishra gets bail (release) in the same kind of trial, then there is a reservation of class and caste, so it is called reservation. 11. When a loan of thousands of crores of rupees is forgiven and attached for ten or twenty thousand rupees, then it is called reservation. 12. Despite having no infrastructure to open a primary school, "Kagazi Jio University" gets Rs 10,000 crore, which is also called reservation for making "Center of Excellence". 13. When the President's bodyguards are recruited from select castes, it is called reservation. 14. When caste-specific people have been occupied in temples for centuries, it is called reservation. The one who sees reservation in India is just representation. Which has also been adopted in all European, American, African and Japan etc. countries. "Representation" is the soul of democracy, which the "Indian Constitution" has provided to each of its citizens.
