देश का आदिवासी समाज आज स्वयं को हिंदू मानने से क्यों इंकार कर रहा है?

पहले भी ये विषय महत्त्वपूर्ण था लेकिन इसकी महत्ता हम आदिवासियों को

अब समझ आई है।।।क्योंकि पहले शिक्षित नहीं थे और अब बड़े पैमाने पर शिक्षित हुए हैं। अब ग्रामीण स्तर तक भी मोबाइल टीवी और न्यूज़पेपर सभी माध्यमों से संचार क्रांति बेहद तेज हुई है उससे लोग तेजी से जागरूक हुए है।।अपने पूर्वजों के संघर्षमय और गौरवशाली इतिहास   मूल संस्कृति और उसमे विकृति की समझ पैदा हुई है।

इसमें अंबेडकरवादी संगठनों का भी काफी सहयोग रहा है।

आदिवासी समाज देशभर में खासकर उत्तर भारत में शेड्यूल कास्ट वर्ग के लोगों के साथ धर्म आस्था एवम् हिंदू धर्म के जात पात की ऊंचता और नीचता की व्यवस्था को लेकर रोज रोज हो रहे विभिन्न तरह के अन्याय ,अत्याचार, प्रताड़ना, हिंसा, बलात्कार, महिलाओं के अपमान ,सांप्रदायिक दंगे फसाद आदि घटनाओं से स्तब्ध है और अपने स्वयं के आदिवासी समाज के साथ वर्तमान और भविष्य में होने वाली संभावित घटनाओं से सशंकित हैऔर अंदाजा करके स्वयं को हिंदू मानने से इनकार कर रहे है।।।

सांप्रदायिक दंगा फसाद से हिंदू धर्म मानने वालों का ध्रुवीकरण करके वोट हासिल करना और शासन सत्ता पर कब्जा करने की षड्यंत्रकारी रवैया को आदिवासी समाज भली-भांति समझ रहा है।

शिक्षित वर्ग  यह समझ गए हैं की धर्म के नाम पर शासन सत्ता हासिल करने का षडयंत्र की जाती है। उसके बाद  जब संवैधानिक हक अधिकारों की बात किया जाता है तो शासक वर्ग जात-पात के भेदभाव में उतर आते हैं।।।।

 

आज का आदिवासी समाज हिंदू संस्कृति और आदिवासी संस्कृति के अंतर और  साथ में घालमेल  और इसके कारण को भी  भली-भांति समझने लगा है।

अपने संवैधानिक हक अधिकार और उसके लिए सांस्कृतिक पहचान की अनिवार्यता को समझने लगा है।।।

अब तक प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष  मनुवाद समर्थित सरकारों के द्वारा पांचवी अनुसूची, छठवीं अनुसूची, पेसा कानून, वन अधिकार का जमीनी स्तर पर पालन नहीं होना।नक्सल के नाम पर जेल में डालना भयभीत करने की नीति समझ रहे हैं।

 अनुच्छेद 275 के तहत  आदिवासियों के लिए आवंटित राशि के दुरुपयोग से आदिवासी समाज ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा है।

इन सब वजहों से आदिवासी समाज हिंदू धर्म मानने से साफ इंकार कर रहा है।,

सुप्रीम कोर्ट और विभिन्न हाई कोर्ट की व्याख्या में भी आदिवासी को हिंदू नहीं माना गया है।इसे समाज समझ रहा है।भाषा बोली DNA पुरातत्व शोध हर तरह का अध्ययन आदिवासी को हिंदू से अलग इस देश का मूल मालिक साबित करता है।।

आदिवासी समाज भटकावों के रास्ते को छोड़कर अपने संस्कृति में वापस आना चाहता है।।।।।सब अपने अपने धर्म संस्कृतियों की व्याख्या करते हैं और अपनी पहचान कायम रखने की कोशिश करते है।उसी तरह आदिवासी समाज के विभिन्न जातियों के बुद्धिजीवी मुखिया गण स्वयं का अलग धर्म कोड मांग रहे हैं।स्वयं को गैर हिन्दू कह रहे हैं।तो इसमें दूसरों को क्यों तकलीफ होना चाहिए?????

Tribal societies across the country, especially in North India, are facing various kinds of injustice, atrocities, torture, violence, rape, women of the caste cast and people of the schedule castes, due to the system of highness and lowliness of the caste system of Hinduism. Shocked by events such as insults, communal riots, etc., and with their own tribal society is apprehensive of possible events in the present and future and refusing to consider themselves as Hindus.

Adivasi society is well understood to seek votes by polarizing those who believe in Hinduism from the communal riots, and the conspiratorial attitude of seizing government power.

The educated class has understood that in the name of religion, there is a conspiracy to take power. After that, when it comes to constitutional rights rights, the ruling classes fall into caste discrimination.

 

Today's tribal society has started to understand the difference between Hindu culture and tribal culture, and the reason for mixing it together.

Has begun to understand its constitutional right and the imperative of cultural identity for it.

So far, the Fifth Schedule, Sixth Schedule, PESA Act, Forest Rights are not being followed by grassroots by the governments supported by direct and indirect Manuvad. The fear of being put in jail in the name of Naxal is understood.

 Tribal society is feeling cheated due to misuse of funds allocated to tribals under Article 275.

For all these reasons, tribal society is clearly refusing to follow Hinduism.

Even in the interpretation of the Supreme Court and various High Courts, Adivasi is not considered a Hindu. This is understood by the society. Language dialects DNA archeology research. Every kind of study proves Adivasi as the original owner of this country apart from Hindu.
